Cooking time: Approximately 10 minutes
In a large non-stick frying pan or saucepan, fry 225g (8oz) lean beef
or lamb grilling/frying steaks cut into stir fry strips in 5ml (1tsp)
oil for 2-3 minutes or until browned.Add 400g can chopped tomatoes
and 30ml (2tbsp) medium curry paste.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Serve on a plate of poppadoms with boiled rice.
