Greek Topped Chops

Serves:2
Cooking Time: Approximately 15 minutes
Grill 4 lean lamb chops or 2 lean lamb or beef grilling/frying steaks
During the last 2 minutes of cooking time, top the chops or steaks; divide the following between the chops/steaks
4 thin red onion rings, 4 green or black olives, pitted and 50g (2oz) feta cheese, crumbled.
  Grill for the remaining cooking time.
Serve on toasted ciabatta with Greek-style salad
(cucumber and red onion slices mixed together with cubes of feta cheese).
