Quick Tikka

Serves:2  
Cooking Time Approximately 10 minutes  
In a large non-stick frying pan of saucepan, fry 225g (8oz) lean lamb or beef grilling/steaks cubed
and 2 onions, thinly sliced, in 5ml (1tsp) oil until browned, for approximately 3-4 minutes.
Add 500g (approx) jar shop-bought Tikka cooking sauce,
bring to the boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Serve on a pile of boiled rice with naan bread
